what ever happened to...

Good old customer service?  Seriously.

I ordered ribbon last month...30 days ago.  I was promised I would have in within 3 weeks...not great but a time line I could live with.  I waited an extra week then e-mailed the company.  Was told it 'should be shipped in 4-5 days'.  Would that be business days?  Calendar days?  Is that a guarantee ship or another empty promise?  I need that ribbon for a project.  I ordered it from there because it was cool ribbon that I hadn't seen anywhere else.  Yeah....

Is it me or is the world a little thin on customer service and politeness theses days?
